AEVONA Healthcare
Dialysis holds you to a chair three days a week.It should not hold you to one city.
AEVONA is a companion for dialysis patients in India: a kidney-specific daily diary that keeps working when the signal drops, and verified travel dialysis for the days life happens somewhere else.
Freedom to move. Confidence to heal.
Illustrative screens. Figures are examples, not a real patient’s record.

The problem
Twelve hours a week are managed for you. The other 156 are not.
Dialysis is not an episode of care, it is a life sentence of logistics. Inside the unit the routine is competent and protocol-driven. Step outside and the same numbers — fluid, weight, blood pressure, potassium, medicine timing — stop being anybody's job but yours.
A week, drawn to scale
168 hours
- In the unit
- 12hours / week
- 3 sessions × 4 hours. Clinically supervised, recorded by the centre.
- Everywhere else
- 156hours / week
- Fluid, weight, blood pressure, medicines, diet, travel. Self-managed, and mostly unrecorded.
Illustrative schedule. Your session days and session length are set by your dialysis unit.
The record lives on loose paper
Weight, blood pressure, fluid, potassium — the numbers that decide whether the next session goes smoothly are spread across notebooks, prescription backs, and memory. No kidney-specific, India-centric diary exists to hold them.
So a three-month trend is impossible to see.
Fluid is a running total nobody is running
Between sessions, every glass counts toward a limit. Without a live total and a limit to measure against, “how much have I had today” is answered from memory, usually optimistically.
So the limit is crossed before anyone notices.
Travel means finding a chair, blind
A wedding, a funeral, a pilgrimage, a work trip — each needs a confirmed dialysis slot at the destination. There is no dependable way to find one, so the trip is simply cancelled.
So the journey never gets booked.
And nothing tells you if the centre is safe
Even when a centre is found, the things that matter are invisible: how many machines it runs, whether it accepts travelling patients, how far the nearest emergency hospital is.
So you arrive knowing nothing you needed to know.
The solution
A diary that works offline, and a booking desk that answers.
AEVONA does two jobs and refuses to do a third. It carries the daily record, and it opens up travel. It does not try to be a clinician.
Track
Log weight, blood pressure, fluid, medication, and labs in seconds — on a mid-range Android phone, with no connection. Entries queue on the device and sync when a signal returns.
- Fully offline for every core tracker
- Client-generated IDs, last-write-wins sync
- Medication reminders fire from the device, not the cloud
Understand
Readings become trends against the thresholds your unit already uses, with diet and fistula-care guidance written for Indian kidney patients and translated properly — not machine-translated.
- Trends for weight, BP, fluid, and lab parameters
- Kidney diet and fistula / catheter care guides
- Hindi, Gujarati, and English throughout
Move
Browse AEVONA-audited centres in your destination city, request a session, and get a confirmation an AEVONA coordinator has actually secured with the clinic.
- Every centre carries an AEVONA audit score out of 20
- A human confirms capacity before you are told yes
- Confirmation adds the clinic to your emergency contacts
Why we hide the clinic's name until it is confirmed
Before confirmation you see everything that helps you judge a centre — area, audit score, machine count, price, distance to emergency care — and nothing that lets the booking happen behind our back. The clinic's name, address, and phone number appear only once AEVONA has confirmed your slot. The rule is enforced on the server, not in the app.
It is the same logic as a ride-hailing app withholding the driver's number until the ride is booked: it protects the patient from an unverified booking and the clinic from a no-show.

Inside the app
From numbers to decisions you can act on.
Six things the app keeps track of, and what each one does with the number once you have entered it. Nothing here is a diagnosis — it is your own record, made legible.
Stay under the line
The daily allowance comes from your dialysis unit, not from us. You or a paired caregiver enter it once. The app suggests 800 ml only as a starting point, and the figure stays editable.
One entry is what you drank and how many millilitres. It is written to the phone first, so a weak signal never stands between you and a record.
The app tallies the day and shows the allowance remaining. It warns you as you reach 80% of the limit, and again at 100% — before the line, not after it.
The running total resets at midnight and the day is kept. Thirty days of history is enough to show which days of the week run high.

Watch the gain between sessions
Every entry is tagged pre-session, post-session, or standalone. A pre-dialysis weight is then never quietly compared against a post-dialysis one.
Toggle 7, 30, or 90 days. The shape of the trend is what your unit reads; a single number on its own rarely tells you much.
If the gain since your last session passes the threshold AEVONA configures, the app says so plainly. It flags the number. It does not adjust your prescription.
Three months of pre-session weights against your dry weight, in one screen — the thing that is impossible to reconstruct from a notebook.

Put a band around the reading
Heart rate is optional; context is not. A reading is tagged pre-dialysis, post-dialysis, or at home, because the same numbers mean different things in each.
Normal, elevated, or high. Those three colours sit deliberately outside the brand palette — a clinical warning must never be mistakable for brand colour.
The same history toggle as weight, so a pattern that only shows up over a quarter is not hidden behind a week.
Every label and prompt in Hindi, Gujarati, or English — translated properly, not machine-generated, and switchable without signing in again.

A reminder that does not need a signal
Name, dose, frequency, timing, and whether it is taken with or without food. The list stays editable as your prescription changes.
Notifications are scheduled on the device, not sent from a server. In flight mode, out of coverage, or with mobile data off, the reminder still fires at the right time.
Answer from the notification itself or from inside the app. Either way it is one action, not a form.
Missed doses are recorded, and a caregiver you have invited can see them. You can revoke that access at any time.

Turn a stack of reports into a line
Parameter, value, unit, and test date — plus the lab's name if you want it. AEVONA does not read your report for you; you stay the author of your record.
Creatinine, haemoglobin, potassium, sodium, urea, phosphorus, albumin, and HbA1c. If your unit tracks something else, you can add it yourself.
Standard clinical ranges, approved by AEVONA, shown next to what you entered — so you can see where a result sits without doing the arithmetic.
A list and a graph for each, so potassium has its own history rather than being one row on a page of eight.

A chair at the other end, confirmed
Search a destination and see the AEVONA-verified centres there. Verification is an audit we carried out, not a clinic's own declaration.
Area, audit score out of 20, machine count, whether it takes travelling patients, notice required, price per session, and distance to the nearest emergency hospital.
Your request goes to AEVONA operations, a person contacts the centre, and the status stays Pending until a slot genuinely exists. You can cancel it yourself while it is pending.
Clinic name, full address, and contact number are released the moment the booking is confirmed — and that number is added to your emergency contacts automatically.

Kidney care guide
Plain answers about dialysis, written for patients in India.
We write about what a dialysis unit measures and why, so you can follow your own record — and about the decisions behind AEVONA, so you can judge them. It is orientation, never medical advice: your nephrologist's word comes before anything here.

Blood pressure at home when you dialyse three times a week
Your pressure moves through the dialysis week in a way it does not for other patients. Recording it properly at home gives your unit something a pre-session reading cannot.

Planning dialysis around Diwali and the festival season
Festival travel is the hardest week of the year to arrange a session in, for reasons that are entirely predictable — which means it is also the easiest to plan for, if you start early.

How AEVONA helps
Why AEVONA works with no signal, and what that changes
Offline is the normal case in a dialysis basement in a tier-3 city, not an edge case. Designing for that changed almost every decision inside the app.

Questions
Straight answers.
Does AEVONA replace my nephrologist?
No, and it is not designed to. AEVONA is a diary and a booking service. It does not diagnose, it does not adjust your prescription, and it does not interpret your results clinically. It makes your own record legible so that you and your treating team have better information to work from. Always follow your clinician's advice over anything in the app.
When can I download it?
The Health Tracker is targeted for August 2026 on Android 9.0 and above. Travel dialysis booking follows this Diwali, in November 2026. An iOS version comes after the Android launch. Nothing is on the Play Store yet — this site is where we will announce it.
Will it work where I live, without good internet?
Yes. Every core tracker — weight, blood pressure, fluid, and medication — works fully offline. Entries are stored on your phone and sync when a connection returns. Medication reminders are scheduled by the phone itself, so they fire regardless of network.
What does “AEVONA-verified centre” actually mean?
It means an AEVONA audit has been carried out and scored out of 20, covering machine capacity, hygiene, staffing, whether the centre accepts travelling patients, and how far it is from the nearest emergency hospital. The score is shown to you before you book. Verification is ours, not the clinic's self-declaration.
Why can't I see the clinic's name before booking?
Because a booking should be confirmed before contact details change hands. You see the area, the audit score, the machine count, the price, and the distance to emergency care up front — everything needed to choose. The name, full address, and phone number are released the moment AEVONA confirms your slot, and the clinic's number is added to your emergency contacts automatically.
How long does a booking take to confirm?
A coordinator contacts the centre and confirms capacity by hand, so it is not instant. You will see the request as Pending, and you can cancel it yourself while it is still pending. We would rather take a few hours and give you a chair that genuinely exists.
Who can see my health data?
You, and any caregiver you have explicitly invited — up to two, by pairing code, revocable at any time. AEVONA operations staff can see booking requests in order to arrange them; they do not browse your health diary. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
Where is my data stored, and can I get it out?
On servers in India (Mumbai region), encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything in a machine-readable format from inside the app, and you can request erasure — which deletes your records and destroys the key used to encrypt them, so the remaining data cannot be recovered. This is our DPDP Act 2023 commitment, described in full in our data policy.
Which languages are supported?
Hindi, Gujarati, and English — the entire interface plus the diet and care guides, properly translated rather than machine-generated. You can switch language in settings without signing in again.
I run a dialysis centre. How do we get certified?
Send us your city, machine count, and whether you currently accept travelling patients through the partner form on our contact page. We will arrange the audit. Certified centres receive confirmed travelling-patient bookings routed by AEVONA coordinators.
